How does the shipping work?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and we immediately start working on it for you! Have you placed your order before 13.00h? Then it will be shipped the same day, with the exception of weekends and holidays. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, with which you can follow the shipment. You can also use the live chat on our website to get a status update.

What is the expected delivery time?

The exact delivery time depends on the delivery address and the time of placement. You should expect it to take 1 to 4 working days*.

If you still have not received your package after 4 working days, please contact us via the e-mail address info@nattou.eu. Certainly mention your name and order number so that we can investigate it further for you.

What are the shipping costs?

Nattou wants to bring joy to as many parents and children as possible with versatile and practical products in as many countries as possible. Because of different local trade policies we are forced to apply different prices and conditions for some countries. You can find the applicable prices and conditions in the table below and on the check-out page.

Is your country not listed? Then it is possible that we do not ship to it. Please contact us at info@nattou.eu and together we will look for possible alternatives to deliver your package.

Can I still change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

No worries! Just email info@nattou.eu and we'll see what we can do to make the necessary adjustments.

I was not at home at the time of delivery

The delivery person will offer the order to the delivery address. If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, you will receive an absence notification. This can be by means of a note in your letterbox, by e-mail or via the Track & Trace link.

The deliverer will then use the following 3 options to let you know where your order is:

  •  A new delivery attempt will be made the next working day
  • The order has been delivered to the neighbours
  • The order is at a pickup point.

My order is damaged or incomplete

What a pity that your order is damaged or incomplete!

Please contact us via our email address info@nattou.eu. Be sure to mention your name, order number and the missing or damaged products. If you suspect that the product was opened or damaged during transport, it is best to send us also some photos.

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Some types of goods are exempt from return. Certain products are not accepted due to intimate or hygienic reasons. This includes:

  • Baby toothbrushes

The following items cannot be returned either:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Personalised goods
