Yes, Our Nattou products are also available in offline stores. Use the store locator to find a store nearby.

According to which safety standards are your toys approved?

All our Nattou products have been extensively tested and approved according to the European safety standard CE.

What are the washing instructions for my product?

You can find the washing instructions on the label of your product and on the respective product page on our website. To acces the product page search by collection or use the search bar at the top of the page and the corresponding reference number or product name.

 

In case of claim who do I contact?

Please contact the retailer from whom you have bought the product, or info@nattou.eu in case the product was bought from the Nattou site.
