Shipping Process & Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12:00h on working days are dispatched the same day. A tracking link is sent via email; check spam if not received.

Delivery Time: Generally 1-4 working days.
Support: If undelivered after 4 days, contact info@nattou.eu with order details.

Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, with free shipping available:

BE: Free from €49 (€4.99 otherwise).
NL, DE, FR, LU: Free from €59 (€7.99 otherwise).
AT, ES, IT, PT: Free from €79 (€11.99 otherwise).
Other EU: From €19.99.

Order Changes & Deliveries

Changes/Cancellation: Possible only before shipment by emailing info@nattou.eu.
Missed Delivery: DPD may reschedule, deliver to neighbors, or use a pickup point. Check Track & Trace for updates.
Damaged/Incomplete Items: Email info@nattou.eu with order number, issue description, and photos of damaged packaging/products.
